Hey there! Let me share a little bit about myself.

I’m a cisgender woman (she/her), and I identify as bisexual and polyamorous.

I live in Puyallup, WA, and feel incredibly lucky to call the beautiful Pacific Northwest home— I love spending time outdoors, especially at Mt. Rainier or the WA and OR coasts. I share my life with two wonderful partners and a supportive polycule, and I’m also a proud dog mom to Evie, a very opinionated corgi who keeps life interesting!

Outside of work, I love diving into writing fiction, winding down with yoga, and finding joy in the little things—like a cozy blanket, a good story, or Evie zooming around the house. I bring my real self into the therapy room, and I want you to feel like you can do the same. Therapy is about connection, trust, and creating a space where you can just be you.

I’ve spent the past 13 years working in mental health, social services, and gender-based violence. Much of my experience is with supporting survivors of relational trauma, including those who have experienced abuse, neglect, or chronic invalidation in their closest relationships. I’m passionate about helping folks heal, rebuild trust in themselves, and create relationships that feel safe and affirming.

I know how hard it can be to feel like you have to hide parts of who you are just to be accepted—and how powerful and freeing it is to finally have the tools to love and embrace yourself fully.
