Services
I offer trauma-informed therapy services for adults of all identities, backgrounds, and life experiences. Whether you’re queer, trans, BIPOC, neurodivergent, nonmonogamous, part of the kink community, or figuring out how your identities intersect—I want you to know you’re welcome here. You don’t need to have it all figured out, and you don’t need to have done therapy before. Whether this is your first time reaching out or you’re returning for deeper support, I’ll meet you exactly where you are, with care, curiosity, and zero judgment.
My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and deeply respectful of your autonomy and personal wisdom. I support clients in working through a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and burnout. I specialize in supporting folks navigate alternative relationship structures - such as nonmonogamy, polyamory, and relationship anarchy - as well as those working to heal from the impacts of relational abuse.
I know how important it is to feel truly seen and understood—especially in therapy. In our work together, I use a strength-based and trauma-focused lens, which means we’ll work together to understand how your past experiences may be impacting you today, while also honoring your resilience and the ways you’ve already been coping. I’m here to support you in building tools that help you feel empowered, grounded, and connected to your most authentic self.
Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want to live.
